These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services offered by wifiVPN.se (“wifiVPN”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up for or using the wifiVPN service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

We provide a virtual private network (VPN) and related tools to help you improve privacy, security, and internet access (“Service”). We may update, restrict, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into contracts.

  • You agree to provide accurate information (email, payment, etc.) and keep your account credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Commit or facilitate wrongdoing (e.g. hacking, distributing malware)

  • Infringe intellectual property or other rights

  • Send spam, phishing, or abusive communications

  • Violate the rights of others

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these rules.

4. Payment, Subscription & Refunds

  • Service is offered via subscription plans (monthly, yearly, etc.).

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We may change pricing or introduce new fees; for existing subscribers, such changes will not affect your current subscription period.

  • If your payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.

  • Promotions, discounts, and free trials may be subject to additional terms.

5. No Logs & Privacy

We operate on a strict no-logs policy: we do not collect or store browsing activity, IP destinations tied to activity, DNS queries, or timestamps linked to your usage. (See our Privacy Policy for full details.)

6. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks provided by wifiVPN remain our property or licensed to us. You may use the client software as permitted under these Terms but do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display it unless explicitly allowed.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (express or implied).

  • We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or that the Service will meet your specific needs.

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or a minimal amount if local law doesn’t allow such cap).

  • We are not liable for third-party services, websites, or content you access via the VPN.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach, nonpayment, or for any reason with notice (or without notice in case of serious violation). After termination, you lose access to the Service, and we may delete your account data as per our data retention policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wifiVPN and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

10. Export Controls & Sanctions

You may not use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade regulations (national or international). If you are in a restricted jurisdiction or subject to sanctions, you must not use the Service.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your country / jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree to submit to the courts or arbitration in [Your chosen jurisdiction/court] for any disputes, unless prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice (e.g. email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If a clause is found invalid by a competent court, the rest remain in effect.

  • The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wifiVPN regarding the Service.

  • You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

  • We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights to a successor.
